Everything done less reps with the 66 lb Ram but it's great to have it as an option in my training.

Training for a Spartan race, this 55 # Ram roller fits the bill. Durable, takes a beating. Gets your upper body in shape before the race for those weighted ram burpees. I’m fairly strong, but unless you do these, you just don’t know just how many muscle groups you are exercising. Practice makes perfect.

Introduced the RAM to our kids and they loved them. With The RAMs we have included them into the workouts. The workouts with The DEKA events has added a powerful desire to hit the gym. I looking to add the 33lbs RAM for the extra push.

Fantastic service speedy (to UK) within 3 days. My first delivery the RAM was badly damaged which I can only put down to extremely bad handling from couriers. Ease of raising concern and receiving new I damaged RAM within days. If only most other companies operated this well and efficiently. Finally good price and value for money. The question is do I purchase the new RAM 66
